Brainspotting is a powerful therapeutic technique that locates and processes emotions and stuck experiences through focused eye positioning. It works deeply with your nervous system to unlock processing, reduce physiological and emotional symptoms, and help build resilience and positive cognitions.
The first session lasts 2 hours and includes a comprehensive intake, goal setting, and your initial Brainspotting session. This foundation allows us to tailor your program toward lasting transformation.
For best results, weekly sessions are recommended for the first 6 to 12 weeks to build momentum and skills. Afterward, many clients transition to bi-weekly or as-needed sessions to maintain progress. Results vary for each individual and program is customized and individually based and tangible progress check-ins are scheduled every 4-6 weeks.
Custom intensives are immersive, 3-day experiences featuring two focused sessions per day (each 50–90 minutes). These intensives provide rapid, deep transformation and include nervous system regulation and integration guidance.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This policy is firm; late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session rate. Contact us directly for any special accommodations.

Yes, under special circumstances a sliding scale is offered for all clients, domestic and international and must be booked after your "discovery call" directly by emailing welcome@kindmindwellness.org
