Evidence based modalities through research and individual experience are selectively chosen for personalized treatment recommendations. Services are offered in person in Southern California or virtual internationally. We implore our clients to seek treatment for their individualized success even outside of Kind Mind Wellness.
Brainspotting therapy is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation, grief, injury and a variety of other challenging symptoms. Brainspotting therapy is enhanced with biolateral sound, which is deep, direct, and powerful yet focused and containing. Brainspotting is also utilized for athletic, corporate performance and personal goal attainment.

Usui Reiki is a Japanese healing technique used to reduce stress, create deep relaxation which promotes detoxification and healing throughout the body and mind. Modalities such as essential oils and tuning forks are used to aide in the individualized treatment.
Sound Therapy
Promotes relaxation and homeostasis for the body and mind. The vibration used in sound therapy penetrates two ways, through the skin and ears working its way to our brain cells, which makes it beneficial for all populations (including deaf clients).

Mindfulness life coaching and techniques are utilized for each individual through breathing methods, meditation and affirmations to support mental, emotional, brain health and overall body awareness. These techniques will help stay in the present moment. Living in the past and worrying about the future creates a neglected present for yourself and those around you. Mindfulness gives an ability to stay grounded with peace in the midst of chaos with grace and without judgement. Research shows various mindfulness practices to be a very effective.
