About Kind Mind Wellness

I bring a unique blend of academic rigor, global perspective, and holistic healing expertise to my work with individuals and executives. With formal education from University California, San Diego and the University of Geneva, Switzerland in International Sociology, Global Health, and Psychology, in addition to a degree in French, I have a deep understanding of human behavior, cross-cultural dynamics, and the impact of environment on mental health and performance.

I am a certified Brainspotting therapist, certified life coach, 500-hour RYT yoga instructor, certified sound therapist, certified in mindfulness coaching and a Reiki Master, combining evidence-based therapies with mind-body modalities to support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in neuroscience, providing safe, effective, and transformative experiences for each client.

With a background in business administration and startups, I have worked closely with C-level executives and high-performing professionals and founders, supporting leadership development, emotional regulation, and the cultivation a unicorn executive mindset: a balance of resilience, focus, and clarity.

Kind Mind Wellness aids in neuro experiential healing and performance through processing with various modalities for individuals and groups in a non-clinical, international private practice coaching environment. Both theory and evidence-based practices, informed by research and individual experience, are selectively chosen for personalized programs and recommendations. Services are offered virtually internationally, and we encourage clients to seek complementary treatment outside of Kind Mind Wellness to support their individualized success.

I am deeply passionate about international humanitarian efforts, mental health advocacy, and accessibility, and I bring this commitment to every aspect of my practice. I offer sessions across European, United States, and Canadian time zones, making my work accessible to clients worldwide.

Whether supporting executives, founders, athletes, or individuals seeking personal growth, my approach blends science, experience, and heart, helping clients release blocks, enhance performance, and live their purpose with balance, and clarity.
