Our yoga offerings integrate Yin, Vinyasa (Yang), and Restorative Yoga to create balance, flexibility, and nervous system regulation. With a 500-hour RYT certification and specialized training in Reiki, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, each session is mindfully tailored to individual needs.
Yin Yoga releases physical and emotional tension through slow, deep stretches; Vinyasa (Yang) builds strength, focus, and flow; and Restorative Yoga promotes deep relaxation and activates the parasympathetic nervous system. The integration of Reiki supports energetic harmony and enhances the restorative experience.
Scientifically, these practices calm the nervous system, reduce stress hormones, and improve circulation and mental clarity. Together, they cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and balance, offering a foundation for both relaxation and peak performance (accessible to all levels).

Sound therapy uses vibrations and frequencies to promote deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and mind-body balance. Through both auditory and tactile pathways, sound resonates in the body and brain, helping lower stress hormones, enhance neural connectivity, and support cellular repair; making it beneficial for all populations, including those who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Each session is customized with specific tones and vibrations to meet individual needs, supporting emotional regulation, focus, and cognitive clarity. Beyond relaxation, sound therapy enhances mental performance and resilience, making it a restorative and empowering practice for personal healing, stress recovery, and executive or athletic optimization.
Mindfulness practices, combined with DBT-informed techniques, use evidence-based tools such as breathwork, meditation, body awareness exercises, affirmations, and emotional regulation strategies to support mental, emotional, and physiological wellbeing. These practices help individuals stay anchored in the present moment, reducing stress and promoting clarity, focus, and emotional balance. From a neuroscience perspective, mindfulness and nervous system regulation work by activating the parasympathetic nervous system — the part of the body responsible for rest, recovery, and calm. Intentional breathwork, body scanning, and guided awareness send signals to the brain that lower stress hormone levels, slow heart rate, and improve neural connectivity, strengthening the body’s natural capacity to self-regulate under pressure.
DBT adds practical, research-backed strategies for managing difficult emotions, tolerating distress, and building healthy coping skills. By combining mindfulness with DBT techniques, clients learn to observe thoughts and feelings without judgment, respond rather than react, and cultivate emotional resilience.
Research shows that these practices improve cognitive functioning, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing, making them a powerful foundation for personal balance, clarity, and peak performance.
